Rein in die Pedale. Und das bei jedem Wetter. In unseren Spinning-Stunden schwingen Sie sich aufs Indoor-Bike und radeln mit der Gruppe in einem simulierten Gelände. Dabei bewegen Sie sich aber keineswegs auf der Stelle – denn beim in unserem Spinning Studio trainieren Sie Ausdauer und verbrennen Kalorien ohne Ende.

Häufige Fragen

Spinning und Cycling bedeuten beide Indoor Radfahren auf einem speziell dafür ausgelegten Rad mit verstellbarem Widerstand. Spinning ist ein markenrechtlich geschützter Begriff, der nur von eingetragenen Spinning-Studios geführt werden darf.
Normale Cycling-Einheiten beginnen mit 40 Minuten, in den Clubs von Manhattan werden alle Cycling-Kurse mit 60 Minuten Dauer abgehalten.
Das Tragen einer Pulsuhr ist nicht Pflicht, hilft aber Ihre Trainingsziele besser zu erreichen. Eine Uhr kann in den Manhattan Shops erworben werden.
Sie können die Cycling Einheiten mit SPD-Radschuhen fahren, aber auch normale Sportschuhe eignen sich zum Radfahren. Die Pedale unserer Indoor Bikes sind entsprechend ausgestattet.
In beiden Manhattan Clubs gibt es eigene Cycling Studios. Diese sind mit top Rädern ausgestattet und eine spezielle Lüftung sorgt für die extra Portion frische Luft, egal bei welchem Wetter.
